IATP Conference Sponsorship

IATP is composed of educational access professionals from all over the great state of Idaho, working in federally funded programs serving low income and first generation college populations. We are currently soliciting sponsorships and donations for our 2026 conference. Conference participants work with pre-college, postsecondary, and graduate populations and will include administrators, instructors, tutor coordinators, counselors, and other personnel involved in these programs. Scholarship donations will be added to our scholarship endowment and awards are given annually. IATP is a 501(c)3 and our EIN is available upon payment. Sponsorship donations must be received by March 15, 2026 to be included in the conference program. 

Sponsorship Pricing Options: 

PLATINUM - $5000+

  1. Full page ad in conference program
  2. Logo & link in email sent to all attendees before and after the conference
  3. Table for eight to Gala & Silent Auction
  4. Speaking time at Gala, along with exclusive slide for your organization, shown at general sessions, and logo added to “Sponsor” Slide shown at all general sessions
  5. Vendor space

GOLD - $2000

  1. Full page ad in conference program
  2. Logo & link in email sent to all attendees before and after the conference
  3. Two tickets to Gala & Silent Auction
  4. Verbal recognition at general sessions, along with exclusive slide for your organization, shown at general sessions, and logo added to “Sponsor” Slide shown at all general sessions
  5. Vendor space

SILVER - $1200

  1. Half page color ad in the conference program
  2. Exclusive slide for your organization, shown at general sessions and logo added to “Sponsor” Slide shown at all general sessions

BRONZE - $750

  1. Quarter page ad in the conference program
  2. Logo added to “Sponsor” Slide shown at all general sessions
