IATP Board Descriptions

President: The President shall be the chief elected official for the Association and attend all business meetings.  Serve as chairperson of the Board of Directors, state representative on the NAEOP Board of Directors, and serve as advisory or consulting member on all committees.

President Elect: The President Elect shall preside at business meetings in the President’s absence. Assume duties of the President if the position should become vacant.  Assist the President in the duties of executive office. Serve as the Fair Share Coordinator for the State.

Past President: The Past President shall serve as the chair of the nominating committee. Providing mentorship by passing on vital information to the President and President Elect. Run meetings/or take over duties if President or President Elect are unable to do so.

Secretary: The Secretary shall serve as the official recorder for the official meetings and to disseminate pertinent information in a timely manner.

Treasurer: The Treasurer shall maintain accurate records regarding expenditures, fees collected, and provide financial statements to distribute to the annual business meetings.
